1. Agreement

By purchasing, accessing or downloading a Trustverz digital product, you agree to these terms and any information clearly presented during checkout. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase or use the files.

2. Digital products

The current fitness offer includes Beast Body Blueprint and Successful Weight Loss as downloadable ebooks. Product inclusions and the total payable amount are shown at checkout. Optional checkout add-ons are included only when selected.

3. Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital files for personal purposes. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owner.

• You may download and keep a personal copy.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense or commercially reproduce the files.
• You may not remove ownership notices or present the content as your own.

4. Prices and payment

Prices, currency, included products and optional additions are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by connected third-party payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information and using an authorized payment method.

5. Delivery and access

Digital files are delivered through the post-purchase page and may also be sent through a transactional email. You are responsible for saving your copy after download. If access fails, contact support with the email address used for the order so the transaction can be checked.

6. Billing, cancellations and remedies

For duplicate charges, failed delivery, damaged files or another billing concern, contact support. Any refund, replacement or other remedy will be handled according to applicable law and any specific policy clearly presented at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

7. Fitness and health information

The ebooks provide general educational information about fitness, nutrition, muscle gain and weight management. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment or individualized professional advice. Consider your health, experience and circumstances, and consult an appropriately qualified professional before making significant exercise or nutrition changes, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy or other health concern.

8. Results

Individual results vary. Trustverz does not promise a particular physical, health, financial or time-based outcome from using a digital product. Your choices, consistency and individual circumstances affect results.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to services operated by other companies, including payment and delivery providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and availability may occasionally be outside Trustverz's control.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or delivery systems, distribute malicious code, commit fraud or use the service unlawfully.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trustverz is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or digital content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.
